That was not the message we received here as of the other day and I have not seen any mention of the 90 day reporting change from a few foreign missions to Thailand. Perhaps I missed it or it is being followed as desired by different IM offices (which is their standard MO)? The online system seems to be working however and I see no reason why one does not do it that way.... but that is me... "safe than sorry".

Do online 90 day report still needs to be done... depends on who you talk to... but do it online. It seems to be working.
