Kelly Denise Wyatt I use my doctor - just drop the form off, he signs and the staff mails it back to me at no charge. $12 for the notarized police check. I go to my US bank and have a staff member complete and sign a letter on bank letterhead showing my account balances as of that date - no charge.

I am confused by your question. To gain an additional year, you make a border run. If you are reapplying in your home country, you start over and follow the same process as you did with the initial application.
