What to do if my landlord refuses to file TM30 for my visa in Thailand?

I guess landlord should provide the proof of document , proof of ownership of unit. And please tell landlord that tm30 does not effect on his income or record. It just only proof of residential for the tenant.

You may contact bank and request for non residential bank account. It is only allow transaction over the counter or at the branch only it is an inconvenience but at least you still can open new bank account with tourist visa.
