TM47 is a 90-day report. It is a foreigner's responsibility to report their location to the government every 90 consecutive days in Thailand. Does this apply if you are on a retirement visa and leave Thailand before the 90 days has expired and then return. I was under the impression the clock starts over a fresh for another 90 days. I go back to UK regularly or for holidays to other neighbouring countries on a multi entry visa and not had any problems 🤷
