ETA, the Electronic Travel Authorization, to Thailand will not start anytime soon.

Once the trial was supposed to start this December, but it had been postponed and the new implementation date has not been released.

We currently don't accept posts about ETA until further official information is released.

Has anyone heard of the new e-visa beginning on December 1st?

Hi we are visiting Thailand in November this year. We are coming as tourists to look at retiring next year. My question is would we need to fill out the new travel visa that's being put into place. Will we be questioned about not having one when we arrive in November. Just preparing ourselves as its been 5 years since we last traveled. Thankyou
