The visa renewal is for Retirement. I do believe I have what is needed, including the Letter from the bank the day before I go. I am not in Hua Him, but about 2 hours South. I was hoping to know before having to go.

I would add, that when you update your bank book, if done too early, it will show the previous day's date. Happened to me and I needed to go downstairs and do again.

I never received anything like that, but thanks. So it looks like all I need apart from the other required forms is an update in my bank book, not the letter as required when applying.

by the way, I am not talking about a bank statement. I am asking about the letter from the bank that shows that you have 400,000 baht remaining in the account

yes, that is true, but after receiving the non-imm O one needs show one has the required amount for a few months after receiving it.
