Question: If am leaving my condo to go to another Province for a week or 2, possibly staying in a couple of overnight places, and having my Online TM30 to which I can log in, do I need to put in the details of my departure, then put in the details of my return?

I have not had to use the Online TM30 previously, so not sure of the procedure. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
When traveling to another province for a week or two, you do not need to log out of your current address on the Online TM30 system if you are staying at different overnight places. You should only need to file a TM30 upon your return to your home address, especially if the places you stayed at filed their own TM30s for you.

correct, when you get back to your primary address where you have the TM30 log in for, you file a TM30 with the date you got back as the 'check in' date and just leave the check out date blank as it's your primary residence.

You don't need to sign out. Go stay somewhere else, IF it was a hotel or guest house that took your passport when you checked in there's a good chance they filed a TM30 on you, SO when you go back you need to file one at your home address via the online system

The TM30 online program (once you have a user name and password) is address specific. Meaning you can ONLY file TM30s for people at that specific address.

You don't have an online TM30 that you can log into at other places
