Why is it that when I open my App to do my 90 day report, that it says on a pop up screen, having my passport #, Permit Date (with date until next year) Then it says Overstay (in blue writing) then Overstay (in red) 225 days.

My 90 Day Rpt is due in 15 day. I continued on and filled in the necessary info and am now Pending. My question is regarding the overstay note at the beginning. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing an issue with their 90-day report in Thailand where a pop-up indicating an overstay of 225 days appears despite their pending report status. They have encountered issues with the eServices app, receiving a rejection without comments. The discussion highlights possible reasons for the overstay notice, with suggestions to visit the immigration office for clarification, especially if there are discrepancies in the permit dates in the system. Users also speculate about potential app bugs and share experiences related to re-submissions and the TM30 form.

That is just the strangest thing :/ As a rule if they're gonna deny the 90 day online they always write the reason in the "remarks" section..

Sorry you had two denied like that. All I can say is go in and see what's what with it.

You certainly have access to the system (or it would have given you the error message after the first page :/ ) I don't know what it is..

I called 1178 an finally got to talk to someone who checked and said it was "pending". That was after I resubmitted. She seemed to agree that the phone App may have problems.

I submitted it again on my laptop, as well as doing the TM30 again on my laptop.

Most people who are rejected or not approved have it happen because a TM30 was filed on them at an address other than the one they really live at (and used for the 90 day report).

Says "not approved"

Nothing is written there, it is blank

Having resubmitted it came back as not approved, again.

There doesn't appear to be a "comments" section. When I click on the "View" it just brings up the page which says "Rejected" in the top right corner. Now waiting to see if the recent one gets approved.

and when you went IN and viewed the not approved thing what was written in the comments section?

@Ve**
, just checking to see if your 90 day report was approved or not ;)

Thanks Tod, it may be the App has a "bug". Nevertheless, I will be flying out on the 11th November 1 day before my report is due. Question: do I need 20,000 baht cash when returning even with a re-entry stamp?

Thanks again, will keep that in mind. I would not have known to do that.

nope, seeing as you are on a long term extension of stay (or you wouldn't be doing 90 day reporting) you're fine. There is next to NO chance they'll ask you for anything.

Remember to write the re-entry permit number on the TM6 arrival card where it says visa number. AND put that card between the pages that has the re-entry permit in your passport so those passport stamping wing-nuts at passport control get it right. AND just to be sure check the stamp BEFORE you walk away from the desk. :P

I just logged in to the eServices mobile app and it shows this for me

The Permit date is wrong as my current extension expires on 5 Apr 2020, and my next 90 day report is due 27 Dec. So I have no idea what that date is really about. It might be nothing..

IF you got the 90 day report to go to a pending status, let's see if it gets approved. If it doesn't you'll have to go make one in person and can hash out what it is on the dates but if it's approved I'd ignore it

I think you need to go to your immigration office to sort things and data out... Sometimes database hasn't been updated correctly. In that case you may need to talk in person at immigration office with all current documents (means stamps on your passport)

It may be Ok if you are in a smaller place where it is easy to get to IMM. but Bangkok is not the best.

I have just about had enough of the system here, maybe time to find somewhere else. There constantly seems to be problems.

Previously I had tried to do it online but it was rejected. I went to CW and it turned out they had forgot to put it in the system, so they corrected it there and then.

I am leaving Thailand 1 day before it is due, so I guess it won't matter anyway.

all reporting going smoothly doesn't mean all data for you to do online is correct
Ellie *******
You mean you haven't do online before?

Then I guess you need to talk about this situation specifically

I was there 3 months ago to do my 90 day report. I have the appropriate paper stapled in my passport.l
