Do I need to report my 90-day stay in person at Chaeng Watthana for my Non-Imm O visa, or can I do it online?

After having re-applied for my Non-Imm O and receiving the final stamp in Nov. 2023, I am due beginning of Feb. for my first 90 DR.

My question is, do they still require it to be in person at CW, or can I do it online?

Also, is there an office somewhere near Lumphini Pk. for 90 DR. or is it only at CW.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user needs to report their 90-day stay after obtaining a Non-Imm O visa. The discussion reveals that while the first reporting is usually required in person at the Chaeng Watthana office, there may be an option to attempt online reporting. It's advised to try the online process first, but users should submit their report between 15 to 8 days before the due date to avoid rejection. If the online submission fails, they can still report in person at Chaeng Watthana without a fine within 7 days after the due date.

I am now on 12 month extension.

There's no reason not to try online first and see if they reject it. If they do you can go in person.

Recent reports from Bangkok are that they reject any 90 day report submission of it's less than 7 days early. So you need to try between 15-8 days early in order to find out if it will work.

And Chaeng Watthana is where you'll need to go for Bangkok.

Can you clarify what you mean by re-applying for your Non-O? Are you st

on a 90 visa or on a 12 month extension?

I had Non-Imm O which (I think) expired in 2021. That pass port was stolen while in another country then replaced. When I re-applied in Aug. '23, they stamped it as seen in the pic. I was able to show them my previous passport before the one stolen which had other Non-Imm O in it.

ok so you got a new 90 day Non-O visa in August last year. You're annual extension should run from the 19th November if I've worked out the dates correctly but you don't show the extension so I can't see the date it was issued but they should have put a paper in your passport giving the date you need to report. Whether you can do it online or not just try and see, do it early and if it works all is good, if it doesn't go in person which you can do up to 7 days after the due date

I think CW requires the very first 90-day report in person, but I may be wrong.

But there is no downside to trying to report online first as the online reporting window is from 15 days before until the due date.

If it is rejected, you still have time to do it in person at Chaengwattana (and Chaengwattana only, not any other office), as the reporting window for in-person is until 7 days after the due date to do it without any fine.
