it's dead easy to sell a motorbike or car as a foreigner. I've bought and sold many. I once sold a car to a second-hand dealership and had a check in my hand within 20 minutes

when you go to immigration all they are interested in is a statement showing 800k balance over the year and a letter from the bank confirming the balance. They don't want to know the source of that income. That only applies if you're using the monthly income based on pension.

my original lump sum of 800k came from my Thai earnings in Thailand.

the funds for the 800k lump sum option do not have to come from overseas.

As an American under the Amity agreement you can own 100% of a company as long as it's not ownership of land but you have to make the investment as an American company so I don't know if that would be appropriate for you.

oh i didnt know that. But what about Makro? At one time they would only accept true wallet but then they also allowed QR codes from internet banking apps. That was the only reason I had true wallet at the time because I did a lot of shopping at Makro. I gave it up when true wanted me to undergo some kind of interview to verify my identity to continue using true wallet and I couldn't be bothered.

7-Eleven does not accept payment from QR codes nor does it take debit cards. You can use true wallet. I've never understood why 7-Eleven contrary to most retailers don't accept QR codes. I can even pay the guy on the street for noodle soup using a QR code!

I don't understand what you mean by it not showing up. In the wise app it's got all the tracking information.
