Forget this stupid lawyer idea. It WON'T work! Embassies have the right to reject with or without a reason. Just go to Vietnam and apply under soft power category. Far much easier and cheaper. Lots of people are getting approved that way.

Payment is handled by some 3rd party processor and KBank. Embassy only cares that it's paid, not by whom or how.

I've yet to hear anything positive about the DTV from so-called "agents". They always say something negative, and usually untrue, about the DTV. Plenty of Pakistani passport holders have already obtained the DTV.

There's a Pakistani who got approved by the Thai Consulate in Guangzhou. He obviously must have a Chinese residence permit to apply there. My point is there's hope if you have residency in another country.

Well, that was quite stupid of you, and your post just seems to bring unnecessary drama here. Most sensible people know you present BOTH your passport and visa printout to the officer. You don't just hand over your passport and expert them to guess what visa you're arriving on. Delete this ridiculous post! You're making a fool of yourself.
