TLDR : Answer Summary
UK nationals with a valid DTV (Digital Tourist Visa) must fill out a new TDAC (Thailand Declaration Card) each time they enter Thailand. This requirement applies to all non-Thai nationals, regardless of their visa status. Users in the comments confirm that every foreigner must complete the TDAC form upon entry, similar to other countries' entry procedures, and express that there are no exemptions even for those holding a DTV.

If you were flying home country > Dubai > BKK, what would people put as their place of departure?

Why would they write "all" If they didn't mean all?

🤣🤣🤣 I asked the same question- although I didn’t mention my nationality 🤣🤣🤣 but, I mean- this ish has changed 4 times in one year, so you just never know if there’s exemptions 🤣

With or without visa, if you’re a foreigner then you are required to do TDAC.

Unlike Malaysia, I don't think Thailand are charging for this....I only think, but I have not seen any charge connected with this on any advertising, instructions etc

Everyone, everytime, unless you hold a Thai passport.

DTV has to do everything, it does not make you a VIP in Thailand. That is reserved for the Elite Visa's but even they will have to do this :D
Andrew ********
It does say all-non Thai nationals ..

And DTV is a glorified tourist visa...

Pretty straightforward
Brian ********
Yes. Why not.

I do it for other places I go, such as Singapore.

Ask yourself "why wouldn't you?"
Ciaran *********

Malaysia also needs MDAC before arriving?
Marianna ********
Tafazul Khan I think I got confused about the digital card. I had to fill up 3 days before
Abdulghani ******
@Chris ******
you are dead wrong , both are identical systems
George *********
No....Malaysia charge around $35 for the privelage
Maksym ***********
@Chris ******
when MDAC became ETA?
Maksym ***********
@Chris ******
mdac is not a travel authorization. It is exactly same arrival card as notification. And you don't need to do any other eta before going to Malaysia.
Marianna ********
@Chris ******
thanks for confirming

Yes, all foreigners with and without visa.

As it says "All non-Thai nationals..." must complete the card ...

Virtually same as TM6 that you'd fill out on the aircraft before landing.
