TLDR : Answer Summary
UK nationals with a valid DTV (Digital Tourist Visa) must fill out a new TDAC (Thailand Declaration Card) each time they enter Thailand. This requirement applies to all non-Thai nationals, regardless of their visa status. Users in the comments confirm that every foreigner must complete the TDAC form upon entry, similar to other countries' entry procedures, and express that there are no exemptions even for those holding a DTV.

If you were flying home country > Dubai > BKK, what would people put as their place of departure?

Why would they write "all" If they didn't mean all?

🤣🤣🤣 I asked the same question- although I didn’t mention my nationality 🤣🤣🤣 but, I mean- this ish has changed 4 times in one year, so you just never know if there’s exemptions 🤣

With or without visa, if you’re a foreigner then you are required to do TDAC.

Unlike Malaysia, I don't think Thailand are charging for this....I only think, but I have not seen any charge connected with this on any advertising, instructions etc
