I stayed in Phuket. Right now, the rules here are more stringent than before, and you cannot buy insurance for open a bank account. Just for residents certificate agent here charge about 2500 THB include housing contract, no need driver’s license .

if your type of visa not right they not open, but you can try other brunch.

Now Bangkok bank sell insurance about 5,900 for foreigner instead of 2900(last year) 🤣😂

How about Malaysia border like Satun or Penang asper you stay in south of Thailand

Blue ink as per if you use black ink others can copy your documents 🤣😂 In Thailand if you contact with government place need to use Blue ink only.

My mother in law (holding Chinese passport) do a tourist visa but we not do a report, she came here to stay with us since January 19th ,last week we just went to immigration for extended stay 30 days. and we got it. If you got like 1 year visa , you must do a 90days report, but if you just travel visa ,just let hotel do for you or don’t need to

If you stay in hotel , they will do for you (Dopa, Tm30 for immigration online system hotel will send report everyday) ,but if you rent a house( mine rented about 1 year not a tourist visa) you can do by yourself but need to have documents from the owner about rental agreements , house registration, and filling form that’s need to have duty stamp 🤣😂 you can ask owner do for you but mostly I do by myself.

I just did for my boyfriend last time. You need to make an appointment on app “DLT Smart Queue” after that go to immigration and do Certificate of residence (need photo ) and also medical certificate (if in Phuket I pay about 100THB for medical certificate ) don’t need agency it’s easy if you can ride motorcycles 😁 mostly agency here asked to do document from Immigration about 2500THB , but as I said it’s easy to do. ( Some place don’t need queue but need to wait )

Don’t need for arrival visa ,but if tourist visa need to buy about 600YUAN

My mother in law holding Chinese passport ,do a travel visa (45days ) and we are extended 30 days , she been in Thailand since January 19th with an insurance (cheap price) last time when we did tourist visa it was requested, my friends from China did arrival visa they can stay only 15 days.
