TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among community members is that while black ink may be acceptable for filling out forms, it is generally recommended to use blue ink for signatures and official documents when dealing with immigration in Thailand. Some members point out that certain immigration offices may have specific preferences, and using blue ink helps avoid issues with document acceptance and potential copying.

Blue ink as per if you use black ink others can copy your documents 🤣😂 In Thailand if you contact with government place need to use Blue ink only.

If you download the TM7 form it may not be accepted at immigration office you go to, I download it and Bangkok would not accept the downloaded form I had to redo their form, luckly they let me sit in front of them and they waited while I did their form. Silly hey but that's Thailand for ya

Black ink ok but best to sign in blue ink although i do not think it really matters.

Better not to risk it. Else you could have to reprint everything.

If you do decide to fill them out in black ink anyways, don't sign anything in black ink.
