Approved on a Sunday? How is that possible?

Friends of mine got their dependent Visa after 2 days, but in HCMC (first week of January).

Can I apply for a visa at the Hanoi embassy while staying in Ho Chi Minh City?

Take the Bus to Tay Ninh (2h), stay for one night and take some pictures there. Apply for the Visa in Hanoi and head back to Ho Chi Minh. 😉
