Visit the facebook page of your embassy then email them. They can send it you there so you wont need to go in a crowded place. I just waited two nights because its holiday here so received it very quick.
I got my request letter too in my embassy because i need to stay here with my son. they send it to me in my email so i wont need to go in bangkok anymore. 🙏
