As long as the TM 30 is in their system nothing to worry if you did it online if done physically there should be counterfoil slip.Secondlyif the bank has issued a letter with your balance amount matching immigration rules it's OK

Its a normal process they stamp it as underconsideration after one month visa is issued nothing to worry

You should contact a hospital immediately if your husband is positive they will have to support you or second option is to approach your embassy and they can take it forward ...At the most you will be fined and it can be negotiated or waived if embassy intervenes.
