What to do if my NON B Visa in Thailand is pending collection due to flight cancellations?

I have a NON B VISA based on my business in thailand My visa expiry was 31st March 2020 I went to thailand and applied for my renewal and under consideration stamp was given valid till 30th april 2020 and a single entry permit also taken. I came back to Delhi on 5th March meanwhile my work permit has been approved till 31st march 2021 received and lying in my office in thailand.

.My visa has been approved and immigration has informed to collect it but as all the flights are cancelled from india I wont be able to collect it till 30th April can you please help what are my options

1) Will this visa get cancelled after 30th april?

2) IF NOT CANCELLED Till what date I can collect this visa?

3) Is there any kind of relaxation for us or any consideration?

4) If cancelled then what should be done ?

5) IF CANCELLED THEN ..Do we need to apply for new visa in India or Thailand and what process is to be followed?

5) What about my employees how can I support them this month I arranged for their salaries and social security also paid.
