Need help I have a Non B Visa issued from korat immigration valid till 31st March 2020 ( run my own business) when should I apply for my visa renewal as my work permit also expires on the same date.

I am reaching on 8th march and will go to immigration on 9th march to apply for visa renewal.

Is it ok or I need to be there early?

How many days before one can apply for visa renewal ?

When should I apply for work permit renewal if visa is getting applied on 9th March.

Thanks for the help.

Answer summary

You can apply for a Non-B visa renewal and work permit extension during the last 30 days before their expiration date. Since your visa and work permit both expire on March 31, you can apply for renewals anytime from March 1 onwards. It's advisable to visit the immigration office as soon as you arrive to understand the requirements and submit your applications accordingly.

You can apply for an Extension of Stay during the last 30 days of your permitted stay.

You can also apply during the last 30 days for a new valid until date in your work permit. Best is to visit the Immigration Office as soon as possible and get the hand out with requirements and take the time to copy them all.
