this is most interesting because a male Farang friend living in CM owns a hotel with his husband for the past 30 years…..no wives involved.

What I have heard is that a Thai PERSON has to be 51% owner for a piece of land or a house and this might be changing this year.

Also Farang can buy a condominium or apartment because their are Thai owners.

No transit in BKK

Please reference the Thailand Reopening pages.

Transit through BKK to Phuket has NEVER been possible except for a very limited number of flights.

You will need to do Test and Go in Bangkok or fly directly from abroad to Phuket.

Booking companies should know this…
