Hi folks, I’ve a problem that I’m finding difficult to resolve. Myself and the good lady have booked flights from the uk to Bangkok on the 6th of July with 4 days accommodation in Bangkok before moving on to Chiang Mai.
We would like to spend approximately 2 months there before deciding to either stay or move on.
The problem is doing the supporting documents for the E-visa. Declaration, proof of travel and accommodation, bank details. How do I attach them and send them off? Ain’t to tech savvy and I’m having a nightmare. Can I just print what I need off, take a picture and attach it that way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing challenges with submitting supporting documents for their e-visa application to Thailand, specifically how to properly attach and send them. The community offers various solutions, including taking screenshots, using photo editing apps to ensure correct file format, and even suggestions for entering Thailand visa-exempt to later extend their stay. The user eventually updates that they successfully submitted their e-visa application, thanking the community for their help.
Ok folks, just a quick update, have now sent off my E-visa application, so fingers crossed. It’s taken a little while longer than usual but once again thanks for the help.
Next time I’ll get someone a bit more tech savvy to do it.
I just applied for my partners 60 day and it came through in uk in about 4 days. Goodluck, nothings easy took me 5 hours. Having to fill in an answer for each question got me when they weren’t relevant in my opinion 🤣 hey ho I did it. Thankgod for social media’s help😊
Take pictures of the documents on your phone. Write an email on your phone to yourself and attach the documents. You will be asked what size the photos to be. Choose small size less than 5 megabytes.
Open the email on your computer and download the pictures. Give each one a name of what it is…passport, bank, vaccination, insurance etc.
These will be small enough you can upload them to the embassy website application form.
I have done this for 6 Thailand Pass applications for myself and friends.
The evisa site only accepts jpeg so unfortunately that's the only way I worked out how to do it. I used photo editing app cymera to clean and crop the images.
