Help. Trying to upload negative test to the Thai Pass. It won't allow me to select a date; and consequently won't allow me to proceed without it. What to do?

If you're having trouble uploading your negative test to the Thai Pass due to the inability to select a date, there are a few steps you can try. Ensure you are entering the date in the correct format and try using the additional information box provided in the submission process, which may allow you to input the date. Additionally, ensure that you are following the correct sequence when filling out the date and test fields. Note that as of July 1st, negative tests are no longer required for travelers in most cases, but unvaccinated individuals may still need to submit one. Make sure to check the latest requirements based on your vaccination status.

That happened to me just a couple of days ago. Below the box you are trying to complete is another, asking if you want to submit further info. Use that box and the date option should work. Simply fill all the details into the second box then cut and paste into the "proper" place. Then delete the info in the second box. Good to go!!
I've never done this but it looks as though the test is uploaded but I assume you're adding the date in the right format or did you not upload the date before the test?
I tried to register earlier this week, and assumed it wasn't working because I hadn't tested yet. Now, trying to submit the test results it won't allow a date. I'm assuming because it is too late? Suggestions? My work permit expires early July. I am stuck trying to get there.
