I will fly to Bangkok on August 28th and booked hotel in Pattaya. I don’t have Thai bank account yet. I already have enough money in my Wise account and ready to wire once my Thai bank account set up. I plan to use an agency to get a better successful rate. Do I need to book an outbound ticket? If yes, I plan to book a ticket around Oct 26th
