Hello everyone, I am applying 90 days Non-O evisa now. It requires to provide booking information. Does anyone know the minimum days you need to book for visa approval without questions. I booked a hotel for 30 days, is that enough for visa application? I haven’t decided where I will stay after that. I will search an apartment during my first 30 days.

TLDR : Answer Summary
For your 90-day Non-O eVisa application, booking a hotel for 30 days is generally sufficient. Many embassies typically only require proof of a short-term accommodation booking, often for as little as a week. This allows you to search for more permanent housing during your initial stay. Some additional comments suggest that confirming flight bookings may also be relevant, with a preference for flexibility in ticket types, especially for those planning to extend their stay based on marriage or retirement options.

Do you need to have your flight booked as well? When I do book the flight, i want only a one way ticket. Would that be seen as presumptuous in that im going to get the 1/ month extension based on marriage? (Though a few on this forum say a retirement route is easier)

I already booked one way ticket to Bangkok, no outbound ticket. Is that enough?

30 days is more than enough, typically a week will do as most people will look for more permanent accomodation

It will vary by embassy. But most embassies just want to see your first booking
