In my case, I am a foreigner in Malaysia resident. I have applied to obtain soft power medical treatment.

I provide hotel booking for a month in Bangkok nearby hospital. It went fine and no issue. Hope that helps you.

Yes, I just came back from Kota Bharu. Consulate office announced evisa system will be implemented on 8th October 2024.

But Myanmar, Laos remain walk in.

Alternatively India Chanai , Kolkota may accept walk in.
