Anonymous participant 228 In most 1st world countries you won't even see an immigration officer as long as you meet requirements. Most will just scan your passport and biometrics. This has been my experience in London, France and the US where im from but I understand Thailand is still developing and needs time to catch up.

Adnan Khairi it should be a set law/standard not something thats decided on how the officer is feeling that day
