If you are staying in a hotel or where they are reporting your stay, you don’t need to report your return.
If you are still in the kingdom, I wouldn’t worry about it. This isn’t Fahrenheit 451. They don’t want people jumping visas, terrorists and that kind of thing. Your landlord has put a perm TM30 for your contract unless otherwise notified.
It is when you do not get a visa before you go. You walk into the country with your passport and tell them you are staying for under 30 days. Then you can extend once for 60 days. You have to check with your country. Some countries are barred. I have the magical American passport. If you have like an Iranian passport, I am sure that won't apply.
I just came through a couple months ago and they didn't ask me for anything and I had visa on demand. When you fill out your TM6, they don't ask to see your booking registration. The hotel automatically will fill out a TM30 when you stay there. I live here now. I deal with immigration all the time. Actually, I am going today!
Third, the question was if I was on an O visa and my daughter was homeschooled , therefore not going to a government or private school, how would that work?
I just thought since I said homeschooled that everyone would be intelligent enough to gather she was not on an education visa because she wasn’t going to a govt school. Geesh.
