yeah , I don’t have a Bangkok bank account in London either , it’s been a long time since I set it up over 11 years .. if if I remember correctly you go to the BKK London bank web site and there’s an online transfer link using them as a link from your uk bank - London - BKK bank Thailand .. then ( in my case going into my Santander account and setting up payment to the given code number ) ..

I use nationwide & Santander, I transfer normally from Santander to Bangkok Bank every 4-6 weeks via ( Bangkok bank London ) 24 hour

loads of beef jerky brands in Pattaya ( Villa market supermarket ) which imports loads of international products ..

its certainly cheaper to eat out wherever you are or staying imo .. example ( being British) if you made yourself a Sunday roast which I sometimes do , it works out 3 times more expensive than eating it out in a restaurant ( if they do Sunday roasts ) and many do in the city I stay in 😉

You’re looking at properties that don’t have these facilities? .. are you looking at properties outside of cities ?.

My condo like most others have cookers , washing machines/ facilities etc ..

if your looking at places in the country sure most do there washing by hand and cook on propane .. properties ? You get what you’re prepared to pay for .
