The biggest problem with that idea is different embassies can, and do, change weekly on how strict they are.

if immigration requires a lease then you'll need that also. Wherever you are living now a TM30 should have been filed within 24 hours. It's no problem filing one, and it has to be done, but if that immigration wants a lease then you provide one, or documents from your wife if she owns the property inviting you to live there, with copies of her ID card, and house book.

you've got a legitimate long term extension why don't you just get a Thai bank account? That solves your problems

Anonymous participant how long has the bt500,000 equivalent been in your bank account? That is also a main reason they are cancelled so fast. They like it in your account for at least three months.

With over 250 approved DTVs you are in fact a visa mill. Do you even have a facility that can handle 250 students at once.
