Ok thx .. if i report 15 days early then i can align my 90 days with that of my wife. So then in future we have to report on the same day

yes but cash flow at the time lead me to wait ! needless to say Today I got multiple re-entry permits for Julie and myself!!

 never crossed my mind that I would need to. Nobody ever told me that the exit/re-entry was tied to the retirement extension

wow then yes super lucky.. although they said I could process the new extension with in my 30 days which I guess could have been extended! but WOW!!! good to have a 'Kind' local Immigration office.

 just to make sure. You have a 60 day tourist visa which you can, and may already have extended for a further 30 days.

 That is is what was done for my wife ..However she was on a 30 day extension of stay for tourist Visa!
