TLDR : Answer Summary
You can report your 90 Day Reporting in Thailand up to 15 days before the due date and 7 days after. However, if you report early, your reporting period will reset from the day you report, meaning you will not receive a full 90 days until your next report.

Start liking this phrase: You loose days, does this means if you report early, 15 days before the year suddenly has only 300 days. Or does the year keep the same 365 days and you still need to report every 90 days after your report and nothing happens.
wow ... the last ... so you come 15 days to early .. you had only 75 days and then for the next time 90 days again. So if you come every time 15 days early you have to go a little bit more often then 4 x a year. If you come one week later you not "win" one week. They take the date you should have come.
Yes, you lose days unless you go date due or next day if holiday or weekend. Also if you mail your reports they are dated early & you loose days. And if you can do online you lose days. I'm in Nonthaburi & can get to Pending, but Nontha doesn't process them.
