TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether their wife should have received a 90-day reporting slip in her passport after her visa extension was granted based on the husband's retirement status in Thailand. Although she has an extension valid until June 25, 2019, there is concern that the immigration office did not provide the necessary documentation for the 90-day report, which is often included with the visa extension process. Comments clarify that the TM30 is related to residency notification and explain the normal procedure regarding the 90-day reporting paper.

Thanks, yes .. but what do we do if they did not give her the paper in her passport ? This was done in Chonburi, but we are in Cha Am now!

Go to the immigration office there, file a TM.28 change of address form (for both of you) then ask them when your wife's 90 report is due.

Usually it's 90 days after the date you got the extension

In your case that would be from June 4th

In Cha Am as like live there or you still live in chonburi?

She's got an extension of stay good until June 25th 2019.

Usually the immigration office puts a piece of paper in your passport that tells you when your first 90-day report is due

Congrats with this Extension. Not sure what you mean with: "Her TM 30 took her to Ma 30th .". TM30 is notification that you live at that address.
