Agents can usually resolve a TM30 issue. I never rented in TH! I just wonder what is going to happen with all these Nieve digital knobs heads who will soon descend on immigration and the banks.

But to get that you need a TM30! When I did mine, I needed a letter of consent from Immigration. You only need residents certificate for driving licensee.

Don't need a residents certificate. TM30 will do.

Are you employed or freelance. You will have to show them your work.

Yeap. The expat community in PH is diminishing fast. Actually, its going down in TH also. TH is trying to reinvent itself and its not doing a good job of it so far. Western Falangs are dying out and not really being replaced, so they are turning to India, China and Russia. All invasive species. They are going to make casinos legal which will on;y bring vice to the streets. The condo market is dead at the moment.

I have Philippines retiree visa, so I have an escape plan. So, I am back to plan A. That is, be non-resident for long enough not to need to pay anything in both countries.
