if ever i could apply for non-o, do i need to show the endorsement letter to extend 1 year in immigration? do you guys have an idea what are the requirements needed to extend to 1 year?
i can provide the other documents but the only one thing the HR cant provide is the endorsement letter. i don't know what to do anymore with the HR, 😵😵
i see, last time the HR told us that they can only provide confirmation letter that my wife is working with the company, but what you guys said that i also need a letter from the company saying they allow me to apply as non-o dependent with it my full name and passport number. I am very confuse and exhausted on how i should explain it to them (the HR) hehehe thats why im resorting to a physical letter (sample) hahaha
yes, i was wondering if someone could send me their letter from company along with their applicants details (if its okay), as so i could print it and let the HR personally see what im talking about. hehe thanks
, i am very confuse right now, i have asked 3 visa-run agency and they said i don't need to have my details on my wife's company letter. would it be possible if anyone of you guys could send me a picture of your letter from company with applicants details? thank you for your time
