Hi Everyone,

My wife's company has no idea how to make a letter that is required for Non-O Dependent. Can anyone share a sample? I am planning to process my non-o at Laos. (P.S the letter that has Name, Passport No. and etc). Thank you guys

when people apply for their visa they give the letter to the consulate 　

Just write down the letter like Robert suggested. It'll be fine. make sure it is on the letterhead of the company and that it has the company stamp on it.

i see, last time the HR told us that they can only provide confirmation letter that my wife is working with the company, but what you guys said that i also need a letter from the company saying they allow me to apply as non-o dependent with it my full name and passport number. I am very confuse and exhausted on how i should explain it to them (the HR) hehehe thats why im resorting to a physical letter (sample) hahaha

, i am very confuse right now, i have asked 3 visa-run agency and they said i don't need to have my details on my wife's company letter. would it be possible if anyone of you guys could send me a picture of your letter from company with applicants details? thank you for your time

The company I work for writes in English and so far my husband has had no problem getting his dependent multiple entry non o visa from both penang, kota bahru and London.

To the Consulate/Embassy where you apply. We, company details, approve that Mister passport name etc applies for the Non Immigrant O visa based on dependent of his wife name etc who is working in our company as job title and with work permit nr. Signed and stamped with company stamp.Letter has to be in Thai language.
