Not to contradict tod Daniels, the one person I know who has the same ox visa, also has to do his report once a year (and he has had it for some time already so has done more than one report)

3 years ago, I was in a similar situation. I had 5.5 months left on my passport. I needed to do a boarder bounce before applying for a new passport in bangkok. I flew to Hong Kong (they only red 1 month left) for the day.

Before I left bangkok, I double checked with the check in counter and they checked with immigration. I had no issues coming back to thailand.

Tried to do the same at samui immigration last year but was told by a very unfriendly immigration officer that only owners can do 😔

I just came back from andaman club ranong with same visas. 12 o'clock on 18th March. Got 90 days

work permit valid until 8 of January next year. I'm just confused about my lawyers warning. But I think that it's lost in translation. Shim can get an education visa and Stef dependant but 500 000 in bank for five months for that one

I did mine in kota bahru (penang was closed due to relocation) in April and got 1 year multiple entry. Company has 1 Thai partner and me.

Yes. I had one multiple b visa and two multiple o visas issued there in beginning of April but I do have more than 20 % ownership of the company.
