ok. So i do border run just before every 60 days run out...and and when the daye is close to the 6th feb (my visa's validity date) then i do another border run just to renew another 60 days but i guess i have to be back to Thailand the latest on the 6th feb right? Then 30 days extension as u mentioned. This is clear

So if either i would choose to fly out or take a bus over the border which one would be better option moneywise?

in my situation I actually resign from my job when I came to Thailand on METV. I attached a letter from my employer that says I worked for them till the date I lived uk. I got the visa with no issue.

it hasnt yet. Im in telhe process too now. What worries me is that today the visa status said: print ticket..and now no data available. So ive got no idea what this means :D

I think that bit applies to u if u collect it. But as u send it by post they will post it back i assume.
