Can I apply for a multiple-entry tourist visa for Thailand in the UK if I hold a Hungarian passport?

Hi.

Im travelling to Thailand in august.

I hold hungarian passport but i live in uk for almost 8 years.

If i apply for multiply entry tourist visa... Can i do it in uk or i need to go to hungary to do that?

I have read on a website if I dont hold british uk passport then even i live here i cannot apply for this visa from here. Its a bit confusing.
