Yes. It it thai embassy in London sw post code.

I have sent them by post.

I included everything even more than they needed.

And 10 pound note barcode all the papers etc.

I opened another tab for thaievisa. Already logged in. Clicked on status and it shows my application paid fee etc. I printed out what it told me so. All done.
