Hi everyone.

I am a bit confused about TM30 and TM28.

Ive seen there was a new rule came in that TM30 is landlord responsibility but TM28 must be filled in by me.

I came to Thailand on the 25th aug. Stayed in Bangkok for 3 days then now staying in Udon thani for a week then will move to Phuket for longer period with my gf.

Can someone advise me on this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 is the landlord's responsibility to report your stay, while the TM28 must be filled out by you. New regulations have placed the obligation on the landlord for the TM30. Since your arrival on August 25th and subsequent stays in Bangkok, Udon Thani, and Phuket, consulting your local Immigration Office is recommended for specific guidance, as enforcement can vary between offices.

Visit your Immigration Office for advice. Enforcement change, not every office enforce the same and with over 70 Immigration Offices it is to much to keep an updated list from all. Good luck.
