TM30 is different. I do a TM30 almost every time I return. Some times I forget. But never had an issue.

I renewed in October. I do the method. They wanted to see my pension verification letter. Did the same last year.

I tried to renew last year and the IO at the immigration office said I had to have a copy of my pension statement. So I got it from the people who sends out my retirement money every month. It was easy enough to get but I didn't realize I had to have it.

The last time I did it in Jomtien I had to show a pension statement. That was in August last year.

yes i do understand that this question doesnt apply right now with all that is going on. Im just wondering in the future what i will have to do. I have been here 10 years. Im from the US. I have an O-A visa extension now. I dont want to buy insurance here as i have very good insurance from the US that covers me here. But not accepted by Thai immigration.

They sure seem to be making it harder for us to stay.
