All you need is to get your visa sorted before you leave USA. Enter Thailand. Open your bank account. Deposit the money. Then apply for the 12 month extension. No need for an agent.

 it clearly states "within the 3 days of arriving". It's not hard to count back 3 days surely. 3-2-1 arrival!

( Edited the word "within" which my phone persists in changing )

It's an entry card. If you enter thailand you fill it in. The clue is in the word "arrival".

 I don't scan and pay. And I get sick of waiting for people to faff about paying by phone. It's interesting how people who rely heavily on a mobile phone to pay for stuff, get upset if others prefer not to or like choice.

 it's a simple form with arrival info. It's not complicated or difficult. Maybe Vietnam is good for those people who can't fill in simple forms.

It doesn't really say that. It's up to 3 days of entering. So from those 3 days to minutes before getting to immigration desk if necessary.
