it's colour all passport photos are ,I used a Kodak print shop on the main road through Hua Hun beach side ,100mtrs south of the main t junction,I think there is a place in blue port as well .
But look at all the transfer fees your paying for ,they will add up and be way more than any loss of having 800 k sat in a Thai account ,surely anyone that has the 800 k available wouldn't opt for monthly int transfers that cost each time .
Use a decent border run company like Lime ,they have there businesses set up for there profit and the immigration officers ,they check your passport before leaving with immigration ,so you will know your going to be ok .There are no clear law stated in this and why would Thailand put up visa waiver from 30 days to 60 days if they didn't want to encourage more people with different entry or visa methods ,there putting it out to a vast market of tourism of options ,but obviously if your doing for so many times it shows your actually living here ,they might question you ,but if your staying over 9-10 months there are visa options for living here ,but a tourist can stay a long time and still be a tourist .
your correct ,it's not an exception at all as most people opening are on visa waiver how ,but that seems to rattle the long termers on there Ovisa for some reason 😂you know how humans always want to try to feel above each other and I've lived in SEA for 20 yrs and ex pats are the worst 😂😂
