Passport is issued to "the person" regardless of where they go live. My son's got a US passport and never lived there in 48years.

from the page: "your coming trip" is not after arrival. It's before. And it's within those 3 days.

@Simon ******
it's not. It doesn't say "after" arriving.

some asking if they can fill it in 5 weeks early. . Despite the site clearly saying 3 days maximum before day of arrival.

@Nongnuch *******
I know. For arrivals may1st onwards.

Some people like to argue that within 3 days doesn't mean up to 3 days before arriving. So here goes again. . "The TDAC can be submitted online within a three-day window preceding the travel date/arriving". Hope that helps.

you can make it as difficult as you want, twisting the simplified wording that I posted. But it's really quite simple. "The TDAC can be submitted online within a three-day window preceding the travel date".

the site says what's required. It's not confusing. It doesn't say "after" arriving.

It doesn't say before 3 days. It says "within" 3 days. Within=inside of. So from day 3 to zero.

it's quite clear. Within 3 days means exactly that. It doesn't mean no later than 3 days. It says "within" those 3 days, so you have 72 hour window to submit it.
