sadly I don't have driving licence and in UK we don't have ID. But I had a local bus travel card issued by my council which is "local govt" and Bangkok Bank accepted that ( after some persuasion)

they are staying 4 months. . The airline may not accept that as proof of leaving within permitted exempt stay duration, which is 60 days.

it says evidence you have proof of 500,000 tbt. In your bank. It doesn't say in a Thai bank account so perhaps equivalent amount in your bank. On DTV can't open Thai bank account.
