What documents do my parents need to show at airport immigration when visiting Thailand?

My parents are planning to visit around the end of December and will be staying with us in our rented Apartment.
In the TDAC, we'll fill our Apartment address itself. Just wanted to check if the airport immigration will ask them to show any documents, as I see officers sometimes check hotel booking document.

Answer summary
Travelers may be asked for accommodation details upon entry to Thailand, specifically an address where they will be staying. For a visit by your parents, you can provide your apartment address as their accommodation, and while hotel booking documents are sometimes checked, it is generally acceptable as long as the address is recognized as valid. Some users suggest it might also be helpful to write a letter inviting your parents to stay with you for added clarity.
