Yes. I get a retirement rather than a marriage because it is simpler. It was the same when I applied for a house book. I had to get papers signed by the village head man and 2 others from the village who needed to swear on paper that I was "a good man". I laughed for about a week but I did buy my villager friends a beer or two as thanks, afterwards.
