Personally I would lease rather than buy but if I was buy I give 45% and 6 %. To Thai with a six a non voting share holder

I use both my uk sim phone and my Thai sim phone to transfer from wise

I think you may just have to set your wise account up on your Thai phone which may have to be verified from your other sim phone

You will need to speak to a Thai lawyer who sets these type of companies up

I think a Thai elite visa don’t allow you to work

I ask a top lawyer Thai today if say a company had a 15 year lease is it legal in Thai law to get an option for a 30 year lease at the end of the 15 they said not a problem only if want to have a 30 year to start with a 30 year extension
