yes but Thais own 51% of the company so have control

the company is 51% Thai

If it’s commercial land you cannot own in your own name rubbish you say this came out of a Thai lawyers mouth a few days ago during a meeting

Also if you have a lease make sure it has a clause to pass the lease over if you die

I was told by a lawyer a few days ago I cannot own any land nor can I have a commercial lease or rental in my own name

Go to goverment office in your area for driving licence and take test

If your U.K. licence allows you to drive bike up to 125 cc I think you get licence for car and motor bike in Thai I’ve just done in on Samui

You need certificate from immigration and medical

Open a wise account then get a Thai bank account

Bangkok bank will try to sell you insurance but ask for the lowest one I think a few hundred baht they start at 5000
