yes, but you have to be on the pension for 2 years before you can get it overseas. You also have to be in Australia for 2 years prior to recieving your first pension

it is very quick when you are at immigration. It took me less than 5 minutes but 30 minutes to get from the plane to immigration via walking and train. It depends on where the plane lands
