you won't get one outside of the country they are very difficult to get inside Thailand.

yes. Land borders have been closed since 2020 so only way to Cambodia from Thailand is by flying or she could go to Laos.

you go back after 30 days and they stamp your passport for another 30 days, they don't give you a 60 day stamp. That's what happens at Jomtien.

As mentioned earlier its not law yet it needs published in the Royal Gazzette first before it becomes official, so websites won't change until its policy.
